No oil change. Just disappointed that an oil change was not done on the vehicle before I bought it. I've never purchased a used vehicle where that was not done automatically, so I assumed it was done and didn't even check until I got home and noticed that the " oil change indicator " was at 6% life. I then checked the dipstick and could tell by the color and smell that the oil hadn't been changed. I made an appointment at the local Ford dealer where I trade, and paid $39.27 to have the oil change and the vehicle inspected. I'm happy to say the vehicle passed the inspection with flying colors, and overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. If it wasn't for the vehicle not receiving an oil change I'd have given you 5 stars. More

They don't treat regular customer great even though I had purchased several used vehicles from them in past. Recently I had tried negotiate on other used vehicle but it get to nowhere. At the end I had to walked away with disgusted feeling for how they treat toward their regular customer. More

The Service Advisor, Ray Wallace was wonderful Fulton Ford took care of my engine repairs. They loaned me a 2020 F-150 truck and a 2020 Ford Escape.
