Simple phone call would have done wonders. Dropped off my vehicle on Sunday evening, was to pick up Wednesday. average, nothing special. The staff is friendly but they lack follow through. We bought a 2019 pick up that the previous owners smoked in. We were told that the truck would be detailed and the smell would be gone. Nope. They offered us some air fresheners. They didn't change the cabin filter or clean the air ducts. Brad O'Dowd was the salesman I worked with and he was very nice and respectful and listened to what I had to say. I got a very fair amount on my trade-in and purchase price for the Fiat was very good. They operate on the basis of advertising their lowest price so there was no haggling and back and forth which I very much appreciated. I did the paperwork with Harold who was also very nice and helpful. I did have question about them not wearing masks and was told they only let no more 10 people in their (enormous) showroom at a time and wash their hands frequently. My husband and I wore masks and we were the only customers there at the time so I felt comfortable. I highly recommend Fulton Ford to anyone in market to purchase a vehicle and would return myself if I ever want another vehicle. I LOVE my Fiat. More
