My engine light went on last Friday. They got the part Monday and I picked up my car. On Wednesday, my engine light went on again so it is NOT fixed!!!! I wrote a check for $901.00; this is NOT chunk chan Monday and I picked up my car. On Wednesday, my engine light went on again so it is NOT fixed!!!! I contacted Gary Adams yesterday about this issue and when he returns to the dealership I want him to take care of this matter. More

I had an appointment for my car to be worked on today. I arrived and spoke with Ray and he got me taken care of quickly. He asked if I had anything else I had to do because work on my car was going to be a arrived and spoke with Ray and he got me taken care of quickly. He asked if I had anything else I had to do because work on my car was going to be a few hours of service. I told him I still had work to do and he got me right in a loaner 2020 escape to use for those few hours to be able to get my job done. Cary made the 30 minute drive from Columbia worth it (we may not ever deal in Columbia again). We made an appointment, car was ready to look at when we arrived.
