great service Did not have service appointment but they were able to work me in. Free shuttle took me to work shortly after dropping the truck off at 7:00am. Very Honest Dealership / Competent Repairs I don't know how else to describe McCoy-Mills Ford other than honestly competent. They are not going to change your headlight fluid nor grease your mu I don't know how else to describe McCoy-Mills Ford other than honestly competent. They are not going to change your headlight fluid nor grease your muffler bearings. You can bring your vehicle there for service and not get 'Jiffy Lubed'. I have personally observed service personnel telling customers not to have specific repair work done because it wasn't necessary or not important to the operation of the vehicle. There are employees in both sales and service that I consider much more than business associates but more like friends. During a three week period in 2015 I purchased two new vehicles from Ron Denos at McCoy-Mills. The whole dealership is filled with fantastic and honest people. Rich More
