I've been dealing with McCoy Mills for 15yrs Have bought several trucks & referred several friends / clients. They always put out a great product. I had a 3:00 appointment, my truck did not move from the check in line until 3:45. No one told me they were running behind. The cost of "The Works" online was $54.99 which is what I signed up for. AFTER they processed the paperwork they told me to have a seat in the lounge. Before I went to sit and wait, I asked what the total cost would be, they said $89.00. I was not told F250's are extra due to extra oil. We agreed to remove the tire rotation (my tires are brand new) saving me $35.00. Turned out my air filter was dirty so they replaced it for $30.00. bringing my total to $79.97 . I felt duped. Poor communication. I can do the work myself from now on. More

I called the dealership, made an appointment, and dropped off my car at the given time. I got a ride home. Later that day I picked up my car and learned that there was no problem with the latches. The dealer was efficient, friendly, clean, and provided a ride for me. I have used this dealership many times for routine service and a few recalls for computer updates. More
