Picked up my new vehicle the next day. Christian was busy with another customer, so Mike and Rob got me into my new vehicle and explained all of the additional options. I came in, he was completely honest with me, we agreed upon a price and he was able to locate the exact car I wanted that night, even though he didn't have it on the lot. He kept me updated throughout the process and when I went to pick up the car and pay, the process was relatively quick and very straight forward.
