I had been looking for an explorer st and was unable to find one out here in the inland empire. So I decided to do some research and found the one I wanted at McCoy Mills Ford in Fullerton Ca. All I have to say is that his customer service is top notch, he was very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the vehicle I was interested in. He pretty much covered it all. I had a 3:00 appointment, my truck did not move from the check in line until 3:45. No one told me they were running behind. The cost of "The Works" online was $54.99 which is what I signed up for. AFTER the check in line until 3:45. No one told me they were running behind. The cost of "The Works" online was $54.99 which is what I signed up for. AFTER they processed the paperwork they told me to have a seat in the lounge. Before I went to sit and wait, I asked what the total cost would be, they said $89.00. I was not told F250's are extra due to extra oil. We agreed to remove the tire rotation (my tires are brand new) saving me $35.00. Turned out my air filter was dirty so they replaced it for $30.00. bringing my total to $79.97 . I felt duped. Poor communication. I can do the work myself from now on. More
