Have been bring in my cars (both fords) in for several years now and can say its a great service dept. were quick to get to me once arrived and minimize needed contact. I have alway found that their pricing is very reasonable and competitive with other Quality Mechanicals. Work was done in the time quoted and write up was easy to understand and provided potential future items that needed work. But never at any time did I feel pressured to do work that may or may not needed. Additionally, when my wife has brought our vehicles in the have been very helpful and patient with items she did not understand and even took the time to call me to explain if needed. More
