Stay far away from this dealership This was my 2nd purchase from Fullleton. First was great (worked with Juan) Second was terrible from beginning to end ( worked with Heather) Customer This was my 2nd purchase from Fullleton. First was great (worked with Juan) Second was terrible from beginning to end ( worked with Heather) Customer service is non existent and service department is a joke. I got in the car to drive it home after signing paperwork and they couldn’t even bother to take the plastic off the seatbelts and overhead lights. Floor mats still wrapped in plastic in the cargo area. Drove home wondering what the weird rattle was... it was the key lock box still attached to the rear window of the car. More

45 minutes to drop car off This place is very unorganized and not customer friendly. It took them 45 minutes to get me checked in and out of there with a loaner. The loaner they This place is very unorganized and not customer friendly. It took them 45 minutes to get me checked in and out of there with a loaner. The loaner they gave me was extremely dirty that I refused to put my family in. Then it took them another 20 minutes to clean the car. This is ridiculous when I had an appointment to wait this long.
