We purchased our 2014 Jeep from another Central Jersey Jeep dealership - and regret to say our experience there was quite negative and regrettable We received a notice from the Jeep to have our car serviced for a recall - of course we wouldn’t return to the dealership from where we purchased the car and happily chose Fullerton in Somerville- we were so relieved to find Fullerton’s staff more than exceptional- Martin was the first contact we made — he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating- we made the appointment- and received a confirmation call as well as an email to confirm and remind us about our appointment- when we picked up the car the next day we were greeted by a friendly young lady who retrieved our car and thanked us and wished a good evening - even though it was quite after closing hours We will be sure to make our next auto purchase at Fullerton. I did not have any pleasant experiences with the dealers down where I live. My first experience was on line with Daniel who was professional and answered all my questions. And he was not a “robot” like the other dealers. Daniel set up an appointment for me and I met with Juan who also introduced Mark from on line who works with Daniel. Juan was very professional and knowledgeable about my needs and had a great work ethic. Tom the dealership manager greeted me and then I completed my transaction with Craig. Each man was professional and did not try to sell me anything beyond my needs. When my wife retires in a few months she will purchase a vehicle from these gentlemen as well as my friends.
