We purchased our 2014 Jeep from another Central Jersey Jeep dealership - and regret to say our experience there was quite negative and regrettable We received a notice from the Jeep to have our car serviced for a recall - of course we wouldn’t return to the dealership from where we purchased the car and happily chose Fullerton in Somerville- we were so relieved to find Fullerton’s staff more than exceptional- Martin was the first contact we made — he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating- we made the appointment- and received a confirmation call as well as an email to confirm and remind us about our appointment- when we picked up the car the next day we were greeted by a friendly young lady who retrieved our car and thanked us and wished a good evening - even though it was quite after closing hours We will be sure to make our next auto purchase at Fullerton. I did not have any pleasant experiences with the dealers down where I live. My first experience was on line with Daniel who was professional and answered all my questions. And he was not a “robot” like the other dealers. Daniel set up an appointment for me and I met with Juan who also introduced Mark from on line who works with Daniel. Juan was very professional and knowledgeable about my needs and had a great work ethic. Tom the dealership manager greeted me and then I completed my transaction with Craig. Each man was professional and did not try to sell me anything beyond my needs. When my wife retires in a few months she will purchase a vehicle from these gentlemen as well as my friends. Stay far away from this dealership This was my 2nd purchase from Fullleton. I got in the car to drive it home after signing paperwork and they couldn’t even bother to take the plastic off the seatbelts and overhead lights. Floor mats still wrapped in plastic in the cargo area. Drove home wondering what the weird rattle was... it was the key lock box still attached to the rear window of the car. More
