Good sales experience, horrible service experience. I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited a back in May and have had issues with the radio every since. Brought it back 5 times to get serviced and repla bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited a back in May and have had issues with the radio every since. Brought it back 5 times to get serviced and replaces numerous parts yet the issue still exists. Tried out an exact replica of my car to test and did not have any issues. The dealer refuses to take ownership of the faulty car and refuse to fix the issue. Told me it’s apples issue and they can’t help me anymore. Woke never recommend anyone go to this dealer. More
