As a first time car-buyer, I was overwhelmed with all the "b.s." that other dealers put me through while looking for a fair deal on a Jeep Wrangler. Tom was excellent to deal with on the phone and was the most straight-forward and honest sales consultant I dealt with over this past busy week of car researching. He offered a great price and attentively helped me through the process of buying. While at the dealership, David was helpful and patient while my insurance company took a while to get details straightened out. Even after the sale he continued to treat me with class, explaining functions of the vehicle that I was unaware about. I usually don't review anything online but felt that I needed to this time; these guys were stand-up acts, straight-forward, and very helpful. Thanks to Tom, David, and Fullerton for making today's purchasing experience pleasant and free of any surprises. The sun is out, the top is down, and the ride is awesome! -Joe More
Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and found one on the dealer web site that didn't have any pictures but was within budget. Upon arrival the vehicle was as described on the phone. Everyone was very helpful taking care of us however they are EXTREMELY unorganized and it took about 30 minutes just to find the key. Apparently one of the keys was checked out to a salesman who was on vacation and the other was difficult to find. They wanted me to come back another time but when I refused and said I would go elsewhere they managed to find the key. I purchased the vehicle that evening and picked it up the next evening. The prep was not very good. The the car looked OK but the rear tire needed air (measured only 20lbs) and the fuel light was on (no gas). For this I rate the quality of work as very bad. There was still the outstanding issue of the second set of keys. I was told I would get the key when Neil returned from vacation. I wanted an IOU but they told me not to worry that it would be taken care of. I called the salesman (Chris) on Monday and he said that he hadn't had a chance to look into it and would check and call me back. He called back 20 minutes later and said he could not find the key and that Neil (who the key was checked out to) said he did not have it. Chris said he would keep looking. I called back on Tuesday and Chris said that he had not had time to look into it. He referred me to the sales manager Tom. I spoke with Tom and he said there was no other key and that all used vehicles are sold with only one key. He said that Chris was new (like that is my problem). The man was slightly rude and would not allow me to finish a sentence. I had to explain that these chip keys are about $100 and that I specifically asked and was told that there were 2 keys. After getting into a heated argument, I was offered a key @ cost $85. I declined and eventually after continuing to argue and be put on hold I was finally able to obtain an agreement to have a new key cut however they would not provide the keyless fob. Just the key! This turned a once pleasant experience into a very bad one!!! This should have never gotten this far and will no doubt cost them thousands in repeat business. If they offer you a cup of coffee make sure you get it in writing. I never thought I would have to argue over a stupid $100 key. I have since obtained the key that was promised and I ordered the FOB on ebay for $20. The vehicle has been de-badged of anything that says Fullerton and once I get my plates they will never see me again. More

I found the Jeep that we were looking for on the Fullerton web site and called to see if it was still available. Richard confirmed it was there and was so helpful through the whole process. He wasn't at all pushy and was very up front about everything we discussed. We were coming from 90 miles away, and he worked with me over the phone so that almost every detail had been discussed and agreed upon prior to us making the trip. He was very considerate of the fact that we would be making such a long trip and wanted to make sure that it would not be a wasted trip. We were able to trade-in our current vehicle and drive out in our new Jeep all on the same night (a Friday no less!). I would definitely work with Richard again if I were planning to purchase another Jeep vehicle. It was well worth the trip. More

Kyle and Scott both helped me get the car within my budget. Kyle didn't make any promises he couldn't keep. I walked away the proud owner of the Journey the car that I wanted. More

At first I was apprehensive visiting this dealer only due to my past experiences at other dealerships. I can tell Fullerton was different from the moment I walked in. As soon as I opened the door and walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile and a hand shake by Mr Robert Haller. I told him I was only browsing and if I needed any help I would ask him. He wasn't pushy in any way. At that moment I felt comfortable and was able to relax and focus on the task at hand. When it was time for his help he really exceeded my expectations. He answered every question I had quickly and honestly. Mr. Haller and his manager Tom Gandolfe were a HUGE help and made my car buying experience a GREAT one! When it was time to work out the numbers Mr. Haller and Mr. Gandolfe both sat down with me and had a nice talk. They were able to work with me on my desired price and I drove off the lot in my new car! I am proud to say that I am now a customer of Fullerton! More

I had called Fullerton on 12/27/11 - spoke to Robert Haller who gave me the impression that he had very good knowledge of Jeeps, and because I was looking to purchase a Jeep for my grandson, I felt after talking to Robert that he would be the salesperson I would want to make contact with. My grandson and I drove approximately 83 miles from where we lived to our destination to Fullerton in Somerville NJ because Robert presented himself with knowledge, experience and overall felt he had an honest persona when I spoke to him. I was going to Fullerton because price initially, but after speaking to Robert wanted him to actually talk to my grandson about his experience with Jeeps. After a lengthy day with Fullerton, we did purchase the Jeep Wrangler, and Robert was more than helpful and informative with us and I left there feeling my grandson and I had a good experience with this salesperson. I had spoken to Roberts' sales manager, named Scott, and told him Robert was an "awesome" salesperson. If you are seeking to purchase from Fullerton I would highly recommend speaking to Robert Haller. He made us feel comfortable, and did his utmost to do the transaction in a professional manner. More
