He gave me accurate timelines and when the Jeep arrived on his day off, he called me and even offered to come in. We settled for his next day of work instead, and I was treated to an amazingly fast experience. In the past, I have waited for hours while managers talk to managers and keep you waiting endlessly. Even the financing paperwork was a breeze and I was in and out in a little over an hour. All the while, Jason was professional and concise about everything I needed to know about the Jeep and the process. Fullerton staff is overall nice, but I will only be buying my next car from Jason. Friendly no hassle expereince I went there this past weekend to look at a car for my son (a new driver). The initial contact was with Adwait via email. He was very nice, personable, and knowledgable (plus he admitted what he didnt know, which was nice). He took us on a test drive and we ended up with that car.
