I didn't get shuffled to a back room to deal with a manager. Just honest sales work. Lou is top notch. He knew the vehicle took my order and got me out of there in 15 minutes. He couldn't have been better. When I came back to pick it up, the truck was prepped perfectly and I paid for it and drove off in under an hour. I don't know what they could have done to make the experience any better. I rarely write reviews as I am not impressed often, but this one I need to share.
