After putting another $7,500 down, insuring and financing the car we got a HUGE let down. We sat there like idiots waiting on tags, and keys only to be told they couldn’t register it because they were waiting on a lien release. They sold a car with a lien!!! Worst part about the whole situation was no one and I mean no one took responsibility for the situation. All we got were excuses and told it’s the bank, or DMVs fault. We were told the situation would be cleared up in a few days, they were just waiting to receive the lien release in the mail. It’s been two weeks now and still no lien release. We got a refund for the $8,000 and done with this dealership. If you can’t trust them to stand by the initial deal then how can you trust their services after the sale? HUGE SCAMMERS! More

Purchasing was easy but as soon as we signed, it went downhill fast. I paid for under coating outside of the purchase. I was told to schedule the under coating online. It would take a entire day because it needed time to drive and they would give me a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced. So I schedule online. Show Up on Friday at 8am. I was told my appointment had been canceled. No one attempted to contact me and they had no idea about a loaner car. The guy who applies the under coating could now only do it on Saturdays because it is hazardous and something about OSHA. They made it out to some how be my fault. It was extremely stressful trying to get them to reschedule the appointment. I was told not to make appointments online because no one monitors it. Finally was able to get it undet coated. But no loaner car was available. Then my 1st service needed to be scheduled. Their phone system is down. I sent several online messages over several days to their sales department explaining the phones where down and I needed to schedule a service. They were more than happy to sell me another car but getting it serviced was a whole other frustration. It took 2 weeks to make an appointment. Here I am again trying to reach someone. This is the 6x time this year their phone system has been down when I have attempted to call. If you press a # for a department, it says invalid. If you press 0, it starts the automated message over. So again, I message the sales department. Again, the want to sell me another car but didn't take 2 seconds to read that I needed help scheduling a service. Several attempts again. I need to have my car serviced and I need clarification about the under coating no one has been able to give this information for an entire year. I've given them an entire year. My husband kept his 4 runner. He goes next door to the Toyota dealership and has exceptional service every single time and he didn't buy from them. I extremely regret buying from this dealership. Customer service is non existent!! More

From the first day which started via email, then phone and finished in person, Randy did not only answer all of our questions before we met but his level of customer service and assistance allowed us to have a buying experience that was TOP NOTCH! Waited over an hour only to have them send me home and tell me that I'd receive a call Monday about financing. My co-signer called multiple times and was promised calls back by John Loomis and the calls never happened. Monday, I received the runaround over and over about where I sat in the buying process. Tuesday, I get told they can't put me in the vehicle I want and suggest alternatives, then finally told they have approval from a bank on a vehicle, but Matt continued to complain that it was going to be an "unprofitable" deal for the dealership and they were only going to attempt it because "we want to push vehicles through"... and then find out they screwed up the numbers submitted to the bank, and that I'd be called back with any more updates. It's now Friday, and I've heard nothing, and quite frankly, disgusted that our family's loyalty to the Fuccillo Auto Group basically means nothing. More
