Ed has always been great to us for our auto needs. We live 2 hours away and all I have to do is text him and tell him what I am interested in. Discussing the dream vehicle I wanted him to find. “A Buick LaCrosse with a sunroof”.A week later he contacted me and said I have the perfect Lacrosse. He sent me pictures and video’s. It was Beautiful. I let him know I will be taking the train and bus into Adams to meet with him. He said I will meet you in Syracuse to save you time. Wow that is service. I walked out of the station and my new car was waiting. Ed took his time to show me everything about the car. I tried to tip him $100.00 but he said “your smile is all I need. Thank you for the offer”. He made sure I got on the correct highway having me follow him. He said he wanted to make sure I did not end up in Canada. I followed him to the correct exit and he followed up with me until I made it home and the next day too. Great person to deal with. He is a real asset to Fuccillo’s.
