Very helpful I wouldn’t rate 8/5 stars if I could I shopped all around dealerships in that area and the other dealerships I visited did not treat me right, just because I’m a teenager! But as soon as i got to frontline a salesman (Terry) came out to help me find what I wanted and stay in my price range, and he was very kind to me! They really are more about making the customer have a great experience than making money! Other dealers will sell you whatever they make the most off of, but here they want you to have the best car you can for your price range. I loved the environment there too, I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone car shopping! And to top it off after Terry helped me find a car, Justin (finance) helped fit it into my price range and talked to my bank to help make everything as affordable as possible! Honestly best experience I’ve had at any dealership! They are amazing there!!! More

We were holding out for a pristine example with a well rated Carfax and our search led us to Frontline. We worked primarily with Terry, however both Rick and Justin assisted us in answering questions and running a diagnostic on the vehicle. Terry was extremely patient and helpful in providing the information we needed, allowing us to bring the vehicle to our local mechanic for inspection and taking a second test drive to confirm our thoughts about purchasing it. The buying process was simple, straightforward and pleasant. Based on our experience, we would happily refer Terry and Frontline to friends and family in search for a quality used vehicle. More

Honest and Integrity I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata at Frontline Motors. The service was great and Dave, Zach and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectation I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata at Frontline Motors. The service was great and Dave, Zach and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectations. When Dave pulled out the car for me to test drive, he accidentally scraped the paint on the rear bumper. I didn't notice this until we got back from the test drive and I saw him looking at it. I hadn't walked around the car before the test drive because it was cold, rainy and snowy so I didn't know if it was already there or had just happened. Anyway, I didn't say anything and a few days went by while we were dealing with the bank. That gave me time to think about the scratch and I was curious what Dave would do, not knowing if I had seen it or not. I truly expected Dave to try and slide the scratch by me and thought I was going to have to call him out on it. When I arrived to pick up the car the first thing I did was look for the scratch and saw that it was gone! Dave had immediately owned up to his error and had the spot repainted although it might come out of his own pocket. This is exactly the type of person that I want to deal with. This kind of integrity is so rare nowadays and I commend Dave for his Honesty and Frontline Motors for having such a great employee. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car! Keep up the great work! More
