Finance mgr assured us it wouldn’t cost any more to finance the car and pay it off immediately than it would to write a check the day we bought the car. He was wrong. We ended up paying interest fees o finance the car and pay it off immediately than it would to write a check the day we bought the car. He was wrong. He profusely apologized for any inconvenience we suffered. Both my wife and I praised his efforts for the singular reason that he at no time proffered any excuses. In fact he took my obvious tirade as an opportunity to help his staff. Yes, he could have easily ignored the whiny tone of my review (it was the angry tirade of an old man), but instead took it as an opportunity to educate and prevent any future problems. In short I would have no problem with buying a vehicle from Frontier. More
