I highly recommend this dealer, gave us a great deal, got us in and out efficiently! The staff were great and welcoming! This is by far the best buying experience I have had and at 66 years old I have a lo us in and out efficiently! The staff were great and welcoming! Horrible experience. Left my Tundra for service and fixing the rattling sound from the front doors, which these "professionals" have tried to fix for the fifth time and c Left my Tundra for service and fixing the rattling sound from the front doors, which these "professionals" have tried to fix for the fifth time and could not, writing that this rattling sound is as normal as in another Toyota, that is, upon their possession I bought a piece of xxxx for 80 thousand for which extraneous sounds in the door panels are normal, because they are in other similar cars. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. When I came to pick up the car after the service and check if they did something about the extraneous noise from the panels, I found out that they broke the volume knob and instead of replacing it they just glued it and when I turned it it broke off and remained in my hands. When I left the car I did a sound check together with Frank Ramirez who commanded me to make it louder and quieter so that he could hear the sounds from the panels, after which I left the car with them, which shows that this knob worked when I left the car with them. because they made the glue something got damaged and they couldn't just replace the knob, they said they would give me an estimate for replacing the whole unit and I had to pay for it. Frank Ramirez also tried to film me in my car on his personal phone without my permission, and after my demand not to do it and delete the video he deleted it, but nevertheless I believe that he illegally invaded my personal space causing me terrible inconvenience, discomfort and unwillingness to communicate with such Toyota representatives in the future. We wanted to share a review of the excellent customer care provided by Johnny at Frontier Toyota. We visited the dealership after meeting with another Toyota dealership the day before, looking for a g care provided by Johnny at Frontier Toyota. We visited the dealership after meeting with another Toyota dealership the day before, looking for a good deal on a 2025 Camry Hybrid. Although the specific car we wanted was not available, the staff worked diligently to locate it at another dealership and arranged for its transfer to Frontier Toyota for delivery to us. Upon delivery, Johnny guided us through the entire finance process. He clearly explained the various options for maintenance and extended warranties and accommodated our request to process a $5,000 deposit via credit card. We were particularly pleased that Frontier honored the trade-in value we received from CarMax and facilitated the seamless trade-in of our vehicle. However, as we were about to drive away in the new car, we discovered that it did not include the sunroof we had specifically requested. This created an urgent situation where the sales team offered us the choice of either finding another car or receiving a small discount on the current vehicle. This is where Johnny truly excelled. Leveraging his knowledge of inventory systems, he quickly reviewed options and presented us with approximately five vehicles that met our preferences. He also immediately began reversing the paperwork for the original sale, as we had not yet officially taken delivery of the incorrect vehicle. This was a tense moment, but Johnny’s calm, solution-oriented approach helped us navigate it successfully. Ultimately, we decided to upgrade from the Camry to a Crown Platinum Hybrid. Johnny once again demonstrated his expertise by negotiating a fair deal with an acceptable price, presenting financing and leasing options, and covering some of the dealer costs. He also honored all agreements and financial considerations from the initial Camry transaction. Additionally, Johnny ensured that our original down-payment check, which had already been processed, was voided and shredded on the next business day. He even sent us a picture of the voided and shredded check for confirmation, providing peace of mind. We firmly believe Johnny not only saved the sale for Frontier Toyota but also restored our confidence in the entire transaction. His expertise, resourcefulness, and willingness to ensure our satisfaction went far beyond what we expected. From thoroughly researching available inventory to addressing our concerns with professionalism and flexibility, Johnny exceeded all expectations. Without his efforts, we likely would not have purchased a vehicle that day and would have been back at square one in our search. In short, Johnny treated us with respect, honored our requests, efficiently offered options, and demonstrated incredible flexibility and professionalism throughout the process. He is a tremendous asset to Frontier Toyota, and we deeply appreciate his efforts to make us happy while going far beyond the standard requirements of his role. More
