I bought my car from Frontier Motors a few years ago and the entire experience was so smooth and effortless that I promised myself that I would never go anywhere else. My service advisor, Scott Ford, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was there for every step of the process, treated me with respect and patiently guided me through all the details and answered all my questions. We stayed connected through social media and when it was time to buy a car for my daughter this past weekend, Scott Ford was there for us once again. Truthfully, all of the staff at Frontier Motors are simply amazing. The ear-to-ear smile on my daughter’s face when her picture was taken standing next to her ‘new’ Nissan Rogue Sport filled my heart with joy and pride! Thank you, Scott and all the Frontier Motors folks for a truly unmatched car buying experience! No one does it better! More
This can not wait, It's Monday morning and I have got to get this out there posthaste. Friday morning, it was drizzling rain. After scouring the internet for a couple months, I finally found a vehicle that get this out there posthaste. Friday morning, it was drizzling rain. After scouring the internet for a couple months, I finally found a vehicle that I was interested in at Frontier Motors. Quick Google maps and I arrived being greeted by Joel Williams standing there with an umbrella. I told him what I was interested we poked around a bit, (they have a ton of vehicles) on the lot... and lo and behold, it was exactly what I was looking for. Fast forward - we went inside, and he poked around a bunch of papers. I took the vehicle tor a substantial test drive and returned after lunch. He handed me a paper with the purchase price on it. We haggled a bit and by 2:00 PM I was the proud owner of the immaculate truck that I had found on the Web. Wait though, the best is yet to come! The transaction was laid back, no xx, no hard sell on extended warranties, etc. etc. etc. Now Frontier Motors might not look like much on the outside and the inside is far from palatial, however the best was yet to come. Within the hour stuff was moved from my trade in the the vehicle, checks were written and hats off to John and Brian for their easy, hassle-free approach to what otherwise could be an activity so painful it can only be compared to passing a kidney stone. But, the best part, as I mentioned is yet to come. When it was all said and done I was presented with a homemade strudel! So good, I am considering going back and buying another vehicle just for the pastry! Job well done! Ten stars. More
If you want a great experience from start to finish then Scott Ford is the man you want to see when purchasing a car! I bought a vehicle from this dealership and although i initially gave them a stellar review, I now wish I could retract my words as this car cannot do what it was promised to do. The manager, Todd Gordon, offered to take the car back, provided I buy another car that is way overpriced, so in the long run, they still manage to take advantage yet again - although Mr. Gordon is letting me know he's doing me a colossal favor by "losing money on the deal." So sorry I ever bought from them. I regret this daily. They are all smiles and handshakes until you sign on the bottom line. After that, their true colors rise to the surface and you begin to see that they have no more interest in keeping their customers happy, because, well, why should they care? More

Taking advantage of two disabled military vets, both Marines My brother in law, who was on hospice at the time and my 100% disabled sister were sold a 2015 Ford Flex on 12/30/2019 by this used car lot. The car w My brother in law, who was on hospice at the time and my 100% disabled sister were sold a 2015 Ford Flex on 12/30/2019 by this used car lot. The car was driven one time and broke down. My brother in law died 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, 1-12-20, never drove it. He bought the vehicle so his wife's caregiver could have dependable transportation, after he died. The one time needed to transport his disabled wife, 1-22-20,the vehicle broke down. As the family of his wife, our sister, we have asked the used car lot to refund the purchase price, less the taxes and title. The Ford Flex was less than 30 days and driven once, 40 miles. Response from the general manager, Todd Gordon was " he could buy it back, less his profit, taxes and title.. and he didn't even have to do that"! Next response was " you can come get the vehicle, fix it yourself and then sell it"! We have reached out to the owners of Frontier Motors, Ivan and Jenny Streckel via emails and phone calls and as of 1-29-20 no response. If you are a military vet, a disabled military vet, an American, do not do business with Frontier Motors. BTW, by brother in law had done business with them in the past and they knew him, this was not a first time buy from them. More

The email included how respected the dealership was and how they are “professionals”. A few hours later after arranging someone to follow me over he sent an email saying that he wasn’t sure if he could pay my price or not. Fortunately I didn’t waste the time and miles driving over there. Professional? You tell me, I highly recommend you STAY AWAY! More

So with Edmunds printout, bank info and DMV costs I was on the move. Past experience dictated hassling. Here's the short of it all - Frontier Motors salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable and made my purchase hassle-free. The next time your passing by Frontier Motors, stop in and say hello, get a cup of coffee and meet their staff. While your there browse over their entire lot of vehicles, your next car could very well be there. More
