Awful Experience. Stay Away Talked to Crystal on the phone and agreed on a deal. Drove 200 miles with two cars only to find the pricing went up over $4000 and the finance rate wa Talked to Crystal on the phone and agreed on a deal. Drove 200 miles with two cars only to find the pricing went up over $4000 and the finance rate was three points higher than what was approved and offered. Just avoid them like the plague. More
