I had a great experience with my sales representative Omar. He was very attentive and responsive. After test driving the used Model Y we decided to purchase it but there were items that the dealership Omar. He was very attentive and responsive. After test driving the used Model Y we decided to purchase it but there were items that the dealership needed to take care of before we took ownership of it. It has been a while since I have purchased a car but the whole process took way to long. From deciding to buy to signing the papers took hours. There has to be a quicker way, we spent a lot of time in finance even though we weren't financing the vehicle. Because we were using the federal clean energy credit they spent a lot of time verifying income which according to the IRS website it is only an affidavit from the buyer. We did take ownership of the car a few days later and no issues. The finance person Ash was nice and easy to work with. Great experience but definitely can streamline some of the paperwork. More

Brought my car in for regular service on time. It was taken soon and then was contacted when they found another problem. I authorized the new service and then it was fixed that day. Service was extremely expensive for what little was listed on the invoice. I was getting a series of fault messages which the team cleared but did not fix. They reappeared the next morning - Cross traf listed on the invoice. I was getting a series of fault messages which the team cleared but did not fix.
