On Mon. I was offered a valet pick-up, waited an hour for it to arrive, and after a few calls I learned that "the system broke down" and the valet service wa I was offered a valet pick-up, waited an hour for it to arrive, and after a few calls I learned that "the system broke down" and the valet service was canceled. I am unhappy no one thought to call me and let me know so that I could drive my car in myself. After 5 days of being in the shop I texted the service tech, who then texted a couple hours later to say the blank screen in my console was fixed and functional. I was offered valet drop-off service, which I gratefully accepted. The car was returned to my driveway, and as I drove it into the garage I saw that the console screen was black and non-functioning. Called two different phone numbers for the service dept., no answer, and texted, no response. I am unhappy that nobody responded to my queries. Immediately drove my car back to the service center and told the tech the screen is still broken. He told me to wait in the lobby, which I did, and after about 30 minutes of sitting there went back to the tech and said I had to leave and would leave my car to be fixed. This was on Friday. I am frustrated my car has not been fixed. I also should have insisted on getting a loaner car from the dealer. I've been happy with Frontier Ford in the past, but this experience has been poor due to lack of response, poor communication, and the feeling that I'm not valued as a customer. More
I’ve been going to Frontier Ford for about 12 years for my Explorer. I never go anywhere else because they are the absolute best! The service guys are so nice and helpful.
