Unhappy. Took our Chrysler to them for an alternator replacement. Was told it would be one day repair 3 days later still nothing. Never returned calls. When I did reach the service manager I was told it would be $ 684. To replace alternator. With the cost of alternator being $345. + $300. + for labor. Called 3 different parts stores and alternator was an average $150. Called 3 garages and was told that was a by the book hour job. Picked up vehicle to take to a different shop and was charged a $100. Diagnostic fee. UPDATE Was contacted by service manager John and was told that they would waive the $100. Diagnostic fee and was told that the alternator was that much from the dodge warehouse. I was assured that he would check into the labor cost and felt that it was too high also. More
Chrysler 300 maintenance I brought my Chrysler 300 with a problem on May 8 2017. The car wouldn't go more than 60 MPH. Two days later they called to say they finally was able I brought my Chrysler 300 with a problem on May 8 2017. The car wouldn't go more than 60 MPH. Two days later they called to say they finally was able to complete the diagnostics. They said the crankshaft sensor was bad. It would be at least 2 more days to replace it. They also told my wife that rats had made a nest in the wiring. They could smell the odor. Fast forward 2 weeks later back home in OKC, had almost the exact some problem. We had to have to the car towed to the dealership. After the diagnostics which stated the crankshaft sensor as bad. Also discovered a dead bird behind the bumper, bad smell. Also discovered that the intake manifold valves were stuck shut, which in turn burnt up the spark plugs. We now are going to have to purchase another vehicle. More
Absolute worst service department of any care dealer This service department has zero understanding of the term customer service. They ignore you at the service drive. they don't answer their phones, This service department has zero understanding of the term customer service. They ignore you at the service drive. they don't answer their phones, the receptionist has been instructed by the general manager not to page service writers. They have had our Chrysler 300 in 4 times for the same problem and have yet to fix it. Each time, they present the car as fixed, but it isn't and this has been shown to them on the service drive. A car dealership is only as good as their service department, and for this reason, I would never buy a vehicle from them. More

Lack of communication/unreliable My Dodge Ram 2015 has been in service for 31 days now. They have called a total of 3 times. The mechanic said it just needed a test drive on 10/14. Tried to get me to take it without doing the test drive. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and declined since I didn't know what would happen. Didn't offer any insight/paperwork showing what they did to the vehicle. Today is 10/18 and they still have not done the test drive. Customer service is horrendous. Communication is almost non-existent. I will never get another dodge again specifically because of frontier dodge. More

Service department is very poor. The service department of Frontier is pretty bad. I purchased a new 2500 on July 5. Ordered a BakFlip bed cover to go on it as well as AMP running b The service department of Frontier is pretty bad. I purchased a new 2500 on July 5. Ordered a BakFlip bed cover to go on it as well as AMP running boards and bed step. When the Bakflip came in, it was the wrong one. Three weeks later, the correct one came in after I had to force the issue with the service department (this was an $800.00 purchase). The headliner started coming down around the sun roof. I took it in for service. They took pictures of the problem and told me they would have to get Chrysler to approved the repair. Over a week passed before I had to call them about a status. They told me it was approved and they would call me when it was in for me to schedule an appointment. Another two weeks passed, they had not called. I called and they said "Didn't we call you to schedule?". I scheduled for the following week. I dropped the truck off at 7:30 a.m. and was given a ride back to work. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. I received a phone call around 4:00 p.m. saying that "We had a scheduling problem and will have to keep it another day." My salesman provided me a loaner. The vehicle was finally ready the next afternoon around 4:00 p.m. On my way home, the headliner popped off again. I sent my salesman a text. The next day the service department called me to bring it back in. I waiting for it about 20 minutes and thought everything was fixed. This past weekend, the headliner is coming loose again. I tried calling the service department this morning and was transferred 5 times by the operator and then the line went dead as if they hung up on me. More

I believe whole-heartedly that they just simply didn't want to deal with my car because it requires work to figure out what is wrong with it. I feel the service area is shady! I have made it a point to tell everyone I know about my experience and encourage them to not go there. I feel it was assumed that I would let it go simply because they say it's ok when it is apparent something is wrong with my new car. Very dissappointing to be told that "if there's not a light on, they can't diagnose anything." So unless the issue is obvious, it's a lost cause to go there.... I could go on and on about how ridiculous the reasons were that they gave me for not fixing my car, but I will only get frustrated all over again! I will never give them business again. More

Never returns calls as promised and doesn't fix problems I have had my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a persistent hard top leak 4 times and each time the problem is not fixed. After researching the problem on the internet, it appears that the service team is not following the procedures from the TSB for hard top leaks. Seals and foam are not removed and replaced per the TSB; instead they just pile more foam on and left the original weatherstrip at the top of the windshield after saying it was replaced new. Second issue; got a recall notice on the transmission oil cooler line possibly rubbing and took the Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation and hoping the recall could get fixed. The rotation/oil change were performed properly and I was informed that the kit to fix the recall was not in stock. The tech that day said they had ordered it but I never heard back from them which was two months ago (we got sidetracked with family events). Received a second notice in the mail and called on Tuesday to see if part was in. Service Tech said that he couldn't see it in the system and would check on it and call me back. It is now Friday and I still haven't gotten a phone call about the recall kit. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the service department and their inability to follow up when they say they will. More
