I told them i had appt this eve and as I live alone had to have yoir courtesy car come get me!! This is ridiculous!! Also was told and you adv free car washes for a year--each time i brought it in for repairs, there was always an excuse--can't because too windy, csn't because hose broke etc! So I have not gotten a free wash yet and 1/2 the free year is gone!! I do not like taking it in and leaving it most of day,, abd then its not fixed!! I bought this var to use--not sit at the service dept!!!! I will saythe Courtesy Driver is very pleasant and has taken me home from your dlr service dept that he knows where I live without asking--great memory but That explains how many times I have had to use the service dept since mud Feb!! Terrible as each time, its hours or the next day!!!! More

Seems like there is always a bottleneck in service. Couldn't even get an oil change once because they said there wasn't a diesel mechanic available. I've had recalls for the water pump and other things needing to be done as well as a problem with popping in the front end for months. Was told it would all be taken care of at once. Finally get a call about the recall parts being in and scheduled the time in the shop. My wife mentioned the popping noise that needed to be checked and was told that there would be a $130.00 diagnostic fee to see what the problem is because the factory warranty is out. It was not out when we tried to schedule the work to begin with. I purchased the extended warranty for just this reason. We dropped it off to have the work done and was told that only the recall work would be done and that they couldn't diagnose the front end popping for 3 weeks. This is not acceptable at all. I picked it up today and am now trying to figure out what other dealerships will honor my extended warranty so I can get my truck fixed before the popping noise turns into something that results in me having a wreck. More

And when I have done so, I have been passed off or given a company line about how the vehicle is being looked at ... since last Thursday. Really? More
Terrible communication. Issues not resolved. I took my 2014 Jeep GC in for a recall fix and issues with the AC not cooling. I told them I had a coupon for an AC service but also wanted them to check the cause for a noise and why it wasn’t cooling. I was asked to bring it in at 7:30am on a Friday, so I did. At 5:15pm that same day I had not heard anything so I called them. They stated they were just finishing up the recall fix but hadn’t gotten to look at the AC yet I, reluctantly, left my Jeep overnight after they confirmed it would be ready the next day. By 3pm Saturday I still had not heard anything so I called them again. All they said was it was ready. I show up and ask what was wrong with the AC and all I’m told is that it cooled to 75* and that additional diagnosistics were needed. Why on earth did they not call and tell me this and ask if I wanted that done. Just because I had a coupon for the AC service didn’t mean that’s all I wanted done, especially when I specified the 2 issues I was having. I left a voicemail for a manager to call me and still have not received a call back (5:40pm on Monday). I will not take me vehicle back to this dealership nor would I recommend anyone take theirs to them. More

We have purchased 3 new Dodge vehicles at Frontier and can’t think of going anywhere else to buy a car. More
Very disappointing and over charged. Took my challenger in to have the hood pins installed. Had already done half of work. I was charge over $288 to drill two holes and put the pins in the brackets I had already installed. They gave me a 7:30 am appointment for the sixth of June. Went to pick it up that afternoon, and was told nothing had been done to it. Wasn't ready until afternoon the 7th. Will never use this service department again or recommend it. One of the worst experiences yet. Very unhappy. We have purchased 3 challengers there, to be treated that way. Plus ordered a 4th. Should cancel it and go to another dealer. Hi way rip offs at work. Do not use them. More
Subpar compared to previous service department experiences Was greeted by the “New Service manager” Andrew who was wearing his Hyundai jacket at the Dodge dealership. He wrote the ticket for the service I needed (which I had to translate for the service writer because he couldn’t read what Andrew had scribbled on my service ticket). Andrew then did a walk around of my vehicle and told me I needed a new rear windshield wiper and offered to write up a quote for a new one. Wasn’t pleased that the “New Service manager” was trying to upsell me when I was there for a tire balance and rotatation. I’ve NEVER had any service person at Frontier Dodge try to upsell me until this new person did and I’ve been a customer for 12 years. Until this visit, I’ve had excellent experiences with the service department at Frontier. In addition, while waiting for a ride home, I observed the “New Service manager” Andrew talking with employees in the car lot while vehicles were backing up in the service bay. John was actively writing tickets and tending to customers. Shouldn’t the “New Service manager” be managing his department and not chatting with employees in the used car lot? Tony, Mike and John are great. Based on these reasons I will not recommend anyone service their vehicles at Frontier Dodge. More

Took the vehicle in the night before in order to be ready first thing. About 4:00pm the next day, I called them to check status; they were “just now” pulling it in to check. Bottom line, vehicle out of service the whole day for a job that should not have taken more than 20-30minutes after having an 8:00 am appt unacceptable! More
