Easy, Simple, Friendly Took my Jeep in because the dealership said there was a safety recall on two parts. I bought my Jeep at another dealership & they never informed me of Took my Jeep in because the dealership said there was a safety recall on two parts. I bought my Jeep at another dealership & they never informed me of these in the past, whereas Frontier Dodge texts me whenever there’s a safety recall for a part on my Jeep. I’ve been through the Service department here a few times now & they’ve always been friendly & made sure my vehicle was perfect before I leave the dealership. They topped off my liquids, checked air filter qualities, & even checked the tires (all for free with the safety recall parts replacement too). Also, the shuttle van helped me get home & they had donuts in the waiting room too! More

Service Took my pickup in cuz water pump was out. Found out it was a recall. They fixed it and two other recall items, and addressed another small issue. Key fob programming for a Fiat 124 Frontier technician was able to program an after-market key fob for my 2018 Fiat 124. Ruby was very helpful in facilitating the service time. Disappointed I didn’t get my repair on my car I was billed for diagnostic testing which was $130 . My issue is when my car was returned back to me the mechanic ju I didn’t get my repair on my car I was billed for diagnostic testing which was $130 . My issue is when my car was returned back to me the mechanic just simply threw everything back in my car didn’t even clamp the cover. Or put coils back on. I expected my car to be returned back like when I brought it in. Look as if they could care less how they returned my car. I had intended to go back after I had enough money. But will not return now. Do not trust your mechanic. More

Recalls Had several recalls and a few cosmetic issues that were fixed one of the cosmetic issues was the end cap on a running board. Wife ran over something and damaged the running board they did not have to repair it at no cost. This extra mile step shows me Billy and his team really care. Great job More
