Oil change Service was good but when I checked out it was $30 more than quoted when I called. They said it was due to labor. Really. Horrible Customer Service The worst customer service. They will not honor there word on anything. Make sure everything is in writing. General Manager (Rick Harrison) will only act on contract agreements that are signed at time of closing, and will deny anything that his sales team does in wrong doing. The Salesman (Andrew Solis) and Finance Manager will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to make a sale, Even if it is a flat out lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! 2 months later.... still waiting on service department to fix my vehicle. Had to buy 4 new tires because the tires that were sold on the vehicle were so bad wouldn’t pass inspection just 2,000 miles after purchase. More
