"Warranty" of tires I haven't been able to drive my car for a month now. I supposedly have a warranty on my rims and tires and have been unable to get a replacement. I contacted the warranty place and they say a claim was opened and approved on Sept 3rd but the service guy doesn't return calls or take make any initiative to find me a replacement. My original service woman Sonya, was awesome and always kept me up to date but she is no longer an employee there and the new guy doesn't try to help what so ever. More

Not happy I will never shop for another car at Frontier. I got the oil changed (I think) yesterday because my Toyota maintenance light was on and so was the lig I will never shop for another car at Frontier. I got the oil changed (I think) yesterday because my Toyota maintenance light was on and so was the light for a low tire. When I got back in my car my floor mats were dirty so obviously they did not use a paper or anything to not get oil stains on my floor mats! Also, the light for maintenance required is still on. They didn’t bother to cut it off. Terrible service! I’m sorry I bought a Toyota there because they are no help. All they could say was that they don’t work on Toyotas!! Shop somewhere else if you’re buying anything besides a Dodge! More

Slow , inattentive, and inconsiderate service. Well I don’t know we’re to start , this is an infinitely large waste if my time. Frontier Dodge Jeep was by far the worst service I have ever had. And I have been in a lot of car dealerships in my life as my dad was a vendor to some back east. They took forever to get my c Jeeps oil changed ( like and hour and a half) no one else was in there hardly so I know they weren’t busy. Then my buds who was with me said I should go and ask them about my car, I go out to their desk area and I just see my car sitting outside in the area where they take your car when it’s finished. No one bothered to tell me it was ready. Then when I pay out (which took them forever to figure out how to use my online coupon from Mopar in the first place) , there was motor oil stains in my floor board , so no courtesy mats used either. Then I get out on the road in my car and notice an oil leak from under my car when I park at a convince store. I call my so called service representative and have to leave a message and them I text him , and get no response either way . All I got from them at frontier was a system generated text asking me how my service was . No response back regarding the oil leak right after the oil change that they just did only moments before. Not a good dealership to get your car serviced at all. More
