We purchased are vehicle at Frontier and had the best experience with Andrew, it’s been a year and the a/c had stopped blowing cold we have three children two under the age of two. After three consecutive weeks of 100 degree weather and being told the vehicle could not come in for service we were able to get an appointment. We dropped the vehicle off as soon as the dealer opened and we’re told the issue would be resolved. We notified, Kristian the advisor, we had purchased the extended warranty through ethos at the dealership and would like to try to utilize it. At 3pm 7hrs later we were told the vehicle only needed Freon and the cost would be 250 dollars!! When we asked about the warranty Kristian told us the warranty company was closed and probably wouldn’t cover it anyways! Also, I texted the number that was texted to me at 11am to find out if the extended warranty covered the issue and never got a response from Kristian. After calling the extended warranty company we found out they were open all day but had recently closed for the day and were never contacted to find out if the issue would be covered or not. After contacting Andrew and Jeff all are concerns were immediately addressed and and a fair compromise was agreed upon. We can not thank Andrew and Jeff enough and are business with Frontier Dodge is solely because of them and will continue as long as they are employees at Frontier THANK YOU gentleman!!!!!!! More

Great job fixing my Jeep and getting her back to me! The parts were later arriving for my recall than expected; however, once they were ready so was my baby! It has been five months for them to fix my breaks and they still haven’t fixed the problem. They are well aware they still squeal while stopping intermittently. At first they didn’t believe me and finally a recall or whatever they call it came out and they fixed the rear problem I assume but the front breaks still make noise as well. It’s getting ridiculous and I hope they resolve it. I even resorted to trading it in if I wasn’t upside down. This is a brand new nice long horn edition 2019 and the problem still exists. Very disappointed in them. They kept saying they had the parts theblast three times I brought it in and of course they didn’t. Finally the breaks came for the back calipers as well but the front still makes noise. Hopefully it will get resolved I will never buy another ram unfortunately due to the service I have received. More

Customer Service Bought new 2015 Jeep, had no problems. Had a screw fall out of the sound bar today and stopped to see if they could screw it back in. Cost would be $150, or around $60 if it took less than a half hour. My daughter was the one that took it in. When I called to confirm she had heard correctly She had! I called to speak to the GM of the store, he didn’t pick up. Called back to ask again and my call wasn’t answered at all. You can buy new anywhere, no need for bad customer service More
