When I first came in I said I have two tire rotations already purchased, please check my breaks. I get my bill & no news on breaks. Then & only then (not before nor during my check in) I found out that their computer system is down. * For my first time ever to your dealership Service department. I wasn’t impressed. I also had coupons for Mopar find my phone & The young lady said y’all do not carry synthetic oil, so what good are the Mopar coupons ? I was in your waiting room, call the Dealership DeMond Tron in Conroe where I have been having my truck oil changed & tbey said they have a $99., 3 oil change special (same i believe as Mopar coupons for my Dodge truck) • So you tell me does it sound like a very good first time experience??? Especially when there’s other Dodge Dealership Slayton town then I feel like I should’ve gone to instead. More

I was pleasantly surprised that the service department at Frontier Dodge Jeep was opened on Saturday. I came just to ask about getting an extra key for my son's car, only expecting to set up an appointment Frontier Dodge Jeep was opened on Saturday. I came just to ask about getting an extra key for my son's car, only expecting to set up an appointment for another day. Flower in the service dept took care of it right away and even told me of a factory recall I was not aware of. I was able to leave with my extra key shortly thereafter. It was certainly easier and faster than I had expected. I’m very happy how it all turned out! More
