I took my Jeep in for A/C repair and was told I had the heater on. I drove it 8-10 miles home after picking it up from repair and the A/C was on like it was when I took it in for repair and the air was blo heater on. When I first came in I said I have two tire rotations already purchased, please check my breaks. I get my bill & no news on breaks. Then & only then (not before nor during my check in) I found out that their computer system is down. * For my first time ever to your dealership Service department. I wasn’t impressed. I also had coupons for Mopar find my phone & The young lady said y’all do not carry synthetic oil, so what good are the Mopar coupons ? I was in your waiting room, call the Dealership DeMond Tron in Conroe where I have been having my truck oil changed & tbey said they have a $99., 3 oil change special (same i believe as Mopar coupons for my Dodge truck) • So you tell me does it sound like a very good first time experience??? Especially when there’s other Dodge Dealership Slayton town then I feel like I should’ve gone to instead. More
