went for oil change and asked if they can also fix the fitting of my cargo mat. The girl that i spoke with assured me that she will let the team know about it. after 2hrs of waiting in the lounge i as fitting of my cargo mat. When i arrived home and checked it wasnt fixed. Please let her know that its not nice to assure customer that everything is ok when its not. Also, whoever drove my car inside mopar you guys left an obvious dirt in my carpet. Please have the courtesy to clean up your mess. it was difficult cleaning up your mess it cannot be remove by an ordinary car wipes! More

Sales dept may be ok but the service dept is crap. Daughter took her Jeep in for some work and was promised a call within the week with an estimate. 10 days later she called and they couldn't find her Daughter took her Jeep in for some work and was promised a call within the week with an estimate. 10 days later she called and they couldn't find her vehicle, no record. We had to go find the Jeep on their back lot for them, get the order number from the mirror and they still had no record. She was promised a call back that day, again 3 days later she had to call them and was given an outrageous estimate. Even for a couple things she hadn't even asked to have done. At this point it was obvious they didn't want to mess with her or her Jeep so we just went and got it. Took it to someone who knew what they were doing. Don't use these guys for anything. More
