The service department here is absolutely horrible! One of my trucks broke down in Texas, so I called this dealership to see if they could let it in to diagnose the problem. They said they could. I also explained to them that my driver would be sitting in a hotel, so please let me know if there will be any delays getting to the truck, if so I can fly him home. 6 days later he is still sitting a hotel, instead of being home, because the service rep (John) has decided that it isn't worth his time to tell me that he can't get to it, instead I keep getting an answer 'tomorrow we'll look at it" 17 years of dealing with dealerships across the country, this one is by far the worst!
