Sales dept may be ok but the service dept is crap. Daughter took her Jeep in for some work and was promised a call within the week with an estimate. 10 days later she called and they couldn't find her Daughter took her Jeep in for some work and was promised a call within the week with an estimate. 10 days later she called and they couldn't find her vehicle, no record. We had to go find the Jeep on their back lot for them, get the order number from the mirror and they still had no record. She was promised a call back that day, again 3 days later she had to call them and was given an outrageous estimate. Even for a couple things she hadn't even asked to have done. At this point it was obvious they didn't want to mess with her or her Jeep so we just went and got it. Took it to someone who knew what they were doing. Don't use these guys for anything. More

John was service writer I spoke with about a possible recall. He was very patient, cordial, and helped to resolve the issue quickly. I later went back to NHTSA website and saw recall data had been entere recall. He was very patient, cordial, and helped to resolve the issue quickly.
