I had a quote from another dealer for the exact job you did to my truck for 400 dollars less. The job was to change my oil pan gasket the manual put out by Chrysler says it’s a 4 hour job. I was charged for 5 the a pan gasket I can walk in and buy for 50 dollars you charged 214 dollar and over charged the others dealers quote by 700. Dollars. I’m from out of town so I didn’t have much choice since I had to leave my truck here for a week. Then just trying to get someone to call me back was a chore took 3 days to find out you confirmed it was the oil pan which I told you when I dropped it off. Then 2 more days to call me back to say it was fixed. I did notice a pattern on reviews you over charge all the customers that are from out of town. You will probably have the removed before anyone reads it but I would sure like to talk to someone in management since you guys apparently don’t get to work until after 10am as I ask to speak to a manager and he was not on site. More
