The service department here is absolutely horrible! One of my trucks broke down in Texas, so I called this dealership to see if they could let it in to diagnose the problem. They said they could. I also explained to them that my driver would be sitting in a hotel, so please let me know if there will be any delays getting to the truck, if so I can fly him home. 6 days later he is still sitting a hotel, instead of being home, because the service rep (John) has decided that it isn't worth his time to tell me that he can't get to it, instead I keep getting an answer 'tomorrow we'll look at it" 17 years of dealing with dealerships across the country, this one is by far the worst! went for oil change and asked if they can also fix the fitting of my cargo mat. The girl that i spoke with assured me that she will let the team know about it. after 2hrs of waiting in the lounge i as fitting of my cargo mat.
