Frontier Dodge Chrysler Jeep responded

We understand the frustration of breaking down on the road and the added inconvenience of it being on vacation with the kids, however the mechanical failure was no fault of our own. We are doing our due diligence to help get the vehicle repaired and back on the road. We are at the mercy of the supply line and inventory constraints. We should receive the needed part by 03.23 so as long as the selling dealership shipped the part out when we paid for it. Once the part is received we should be able to complete the repair within 48 hours provided there is no parts defect. We do not make the warranty rules, however we must abide by them.
