They LOST OUR CAR. We live in DFW and our car broke down on our Spring Break Vacation. We took our 6 month old 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to this dealership for he We live in DFW and our car broke down on our Spring Break Vacation. We took our 6 month old 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to this dealership for help. What was said to be a few hours to fix, has not been handled in 10 days. We called 2 days after leaving it there to check on the status, they questioned us: "what car? we don't have your car. I don't see your car on our lot." THey refused to give us a loaner car (we have 4 kids, stranded 5.5 hours from home)... they couldn't locate a rental car... TERRIBLE. My 4 kids could run a business with more competency than they can. Disappointed is an understatement. More
