Sabrina in the service dept is absolutely fantastic. She goes out of her way to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Not very happy with sales dept. though. Went I bought the pickup I told the salesman my maps wasn’t working and I pointed out that the screen was starting to delaminate. He told me he’d take care of that and then 3 weeks went by and I called and he was no longer there. And nobody could help me and now I have to replace my radio at $900!! I will recommend Sabrina and the service dept. but I will not recommend buying a vehicle there. More
Very professional and knowledgeable service manager. First time for service work due to discharge on a new battery. The cause of discharge undetermined but left charging ok. Diagnostic test also indicated a misfire on #1 cylinder. Spark plug inspected ok but replacement of a vacuum hose seems to have fixed the problem. All work was done under warranty at no charge. Slow turnaround (4+ days) but service shop may have been backed up due to peak summer vacation season. Before retiring as CEO of a local company, I purchased 2 Ram 1500s and 3 Ram 2500s from Frontier who's trucks and service were always reliable. My opinion hasn't changed, and I'll continue to use Frontier for my family vehicles. More
Issue: Evaporator valve malfunction. I guess they just hate me personally. After 4 months of pleading for contact Rick Harrison reached out. Advised to bring it in. Did so. After giving me a "discount" only charging me $500.00 we are now three months after the "repair". IT HAS RETURNED. My guess is the AC system was just overcharged to keep the "Darth Vader Affect" from recurring. This kind of crap has been going on since point of sale. So if they hate me simply as a customer then I gladly reciprocate. Auto Inc. (The managers of this auto group) need to take a closer look at this blemish on their reputation. More
Had a part go bad on a truck with 4000 miles on it and instead of replacing it, they claimed to have fixed a loose pin on an electrical component and in less than 100 miles the problem came back. Service department was very positive, polite, and very informed. The availability of a courtesy car and driver was very much a plus. The service diagnosed our problem with our back - up camera. Stranded from Dallas on a out of town work trip. Had the van towed to Frontier Dodge in the middle of the night. Next morning I called and I luckily got placed with THE EVER SO SWEET ADVISOR SABRINA Had the van towed to Frontier Dodge in the middle of the night. Next morning I called and I luckily got placed with THE EVER SO SWEET ADVISOR SABRINA. She rushed our van to get diagnosed and fixed. Had us back on our way to Dallas in 2 days. Thank You Sabrina J. and the Technician that fixed it and found our engine cover. LOL . Thank You Frontier Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Hey Frontier, keep these 2 employees happy they are A1 !!! More
