I spent $6000 on an engine repair, gave them absolutely no hassle other than asking that they complete the job as quickly as possible as I was just passing through. Instead my truck was returned to me with a clear dent where the mechanic was leaning over the side of the truck to work on it. They should have offered to correct the dent or fixed it so that I never knew it happen. Then to add insult to injury, my leer canopy was unlocked and open and my leer window was open. The funny part was when I dropped off the truck, I had the service advisor wait while I locked the canopy when I dropped off my truck. Luckily nothing was stolen, likely because there was nothing of real value in the bed. This location clearly has an employee or two with ill intent. More
