Jimmy Ware is the only good thing about this dealership. We took our truck in on January 27 for a leak in our brake line. Come to find out there were only TWO brake lines available in the whole entire unive We took our truck in on January 27 for a leak in our brake line. Come to find out there were only TWO brake lines available in the whole entire universe. So they ordered one which got lost in the mail. They ordered the second one that arrived damaged. At that point, the dealership basically said Sorry for ya. We explained to multiple people that our truck is our only source of income as well as our only vehicle. They SAID they understood but didn’t SHOW they understood because again they were saying Sorry for ya! Jimmy was the only one who actually tried to figure something out for us. We even went out on our own and found someone who would make us a brake line, but Frontier kept going back and forth on whether or not they would install it for us. Jimmy finally tracked down the original part that was lost in the mail and he went and picked it up for us. Our truck, at this point, had been in the shop for 3 weeks. They started working on the brake line on the Friday after they found it and got it to the shop. We went to check on it Monday afternoon and no one was even working on it. I even tried to speak to the service manager but no one would ever let me speak to them. It didn’t get finished until Tuesday, February 21 at 5:00. Then after we picked it up, the windshield wiper relays were disconnected and we will have to take it in to get them fixed. We will not be taking it to Frontier as they don’t seem to care. More

I spent 2 months trying to get ahold of anyone to get in for service, none of my messages were ever returned. I finally get in for service and I was told that if it would take longer than a day they would k for service, none of my messages were ever returned. I finally get in for service and I was told that if it would take longer than a day they would keep me updated, let me pick up my truck at the end of they day and we would reschedule another time to finish. This did not happen, no communication, and closed before I could pick up my vehicle. No loaner car was offered, leaving me stranded with no transportation. Once I was finally able to get ahold of someone for an update, I was told that they could hear a noise, but couldn’t identify it, and therefore could not fix it. Told me to continue driving it until it worsens. While I was in for service as well, I specifically told them to not change my oil, since I had just done it about 200 miles before, however they went ahead and changed the oil anyways, using one of my free oil changes, when I specifically told them DO NOT CHANGE MY OIL. In short, I took my truck in to be stranded for multiple days with no communication, have my instructions ignored, and ultimately have nothing fixed. More
