Promise my car engine would be fix. Charged me $2300 engine was worst. Then tell me engine is no good. Will not credit me back. Took my money and said not their problem. Went in to have Xm updated. Told that to just update it was $100 if it took or not and take 45 minutes. To have radio diagnostic it would take all day. Went with just update. Told that to just update it was $100 if it took or not and take 45 minutes. To have radio diagnostic it would take all day. Went with just update. They came back in 45 minutes and said there was an error message and I would have to replace the radio for $650. I said no so they charged me$110 and gave car back. No update. More

My truck is stuck at this dealership service department. ..took in for ac job and they blew up the ecm computer blaming me. Was working fine!
