Well I came in to get my oil changed, before any work was performed I asked for the cost to get my oil changed, the service man told me it would cost me $139.00 and I did ask for a price not an estimated gue performed I asked for the cost to get my oil changed, the service man told me it would cost me $139.00 and I did ask for a price not an estimated guess. So I said get it done I thought that was very reasonable, while waiting, I walked around outside looking at new trucks, I try to trade around every 2 years, a sales lady approached me to show me some trucks and I found one that I think I would've been ready to trade if me and her could've struck a trade deal. I told her I would be back as soon as they finished with oil change to talk about it. When I got the call that my truck was ready and went to pay for it, they handed me a bill for $269.00, all they said was sorry the price we gave you was only an estimate and not a solid price. Very upsetting. Actually pissed me off and they claim they gave me a discount when returning with the bill for $230.00 discount my xxx. So needless to say, I will never trust a dealer that can lie straight to my face. I told the service tech to let the sales lady know that I would not be purchasing a new truck from her. I am now head to Andrews or Odessa to purchase a new truck today if they have what frontier had in stock. Thanks for making me feel like I got a royal screwing and will never trust frontier dodge keep in Lubbock Texas again. I am from out of state and on my way to visit my dad when my Jeep stalled and wouldn't start. Stuck on the side of the road, and after getting a tow to this dealer, Derrick took care to get my Jeep diagnosed my Jeep stalled and wouldn't start. Stuck on the side of the road, and after getting a tow to this dealer, Derrick took care to get my Jeep diagnosed. The fuel pump had gone out. He quickly found parts, said it would be 3-5 days for one of the parts. After 3 days they had me back on the road and running fine. And the total came out to be half what I was quoted! Nice job,!! Thank you Derrick and everyone else who worked so hard to help me back on the road!! More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and routine maintenance. Derrick and the staff in the Service department were very helpful and accommodating. Derrick kept me informed of what was be and routine maintenance. Derrick and the staff in the Service department were very helpful and accommodating. Jimmy Ware is the only good thing about this dealership. We took our truck in on January 27 for a leak in our brake line. Come to find out there were only TWO brake lines available in the whole entire unive We took our truck in on January 27 for a leak in our brake line. Come to find out there were only TWO brake lines available in the whole entire universe. So they ordered one which got lost in the mail. They ordered the second one that arrived damaged. At that point, the dealership basically said Sorry for ya. We explained to multiple people that our truck is our only source of income as well as our only vehicle. They SAID they understood but didn’t SHOW they understood because again they were saying Sorry for ya! Jimmy was the only one who actually tried to figure something out for us. We even went out on our own and found someone who would make us a brake line, but Frontier kept going back and forth on whether or not they would install it for us. Jimmy finally tracked down the original part that was lost in the mail and he went and picked it up for us. Our truck, at this point, had been in the shop for 3 weeks. They started working on the brake line on the Friday after they found it and got it to the shop. We went to check on it Monday afternoon and no one was even working on it. I even tried to speak to the service manager but no one would ever let me speak to them. It didn’t get finished until Tuesday, February 21 at 5:00. Then after we picked it up, the windshield wiper relays were disconnected and we will have to take it in to get them fixed. We will not be taking it to Frontier as they don’t seem to care. More
