I am very disappointed. I left my car for a factory recall service. Took it in early morning on Thursday. I was not given any indication that the service would take longe I left my car for a factory recall service. Took it in early morning on Thursday. I was not given any indication that the service would take longer than a day. I never received any communication from the service rep. On the 3rd day I finally called and was told that it might be done that afternoon. I received a call minutes prior to closing, leaving me with insufficient time to locate a ride there. I did ask for a courtesy ride but was told that drivers leave early on Saturday. Therefore I was unable to pick up my vehicle and was left without transportation from Thursday morning until Monday morning. Only to find out that all that was done is the inspection for recalls. I don’t feel that was good customer service at all. More
My experience today was with the service department. It was top notch the minute I pulled into the bay. Derick greeted me and I told him I needed to talk to John Sanchez. He found him and I proceeded to tell John what had been going on with my Jeep. He assured me they would take care of it. I have no other means of transportation so I needed it the same day. He told me they would run a diagnostic check to see what all was going on! This was around noon time. John called me just after five to tell me my jeep is ready. Nothing but first class service. Every time I have a problem with my Jeep I always take it to Fronteir. Have never been disappointed. John is always the service adviser that helps me. Good job guys! More
