I went to Frontier Dodge to test drive a new body style Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. I was met in the parking lot by Paul Radford and explained what I wanted to do. My wife, two small children and myself were able to load up car seats and take off for a test drive. We test drove a couple of models and found one we liked. We negotiated price and did not get any pressure. The vehicle we chose was slightly used but in excellent working condition. We did a final walk through before taking delivery and I found a few minor issues that were immediately corrected on the spot. They had it detailed while we went to lunch. We did not finance but found the process was very speedy considering it was the end of the month and on a Saturday. I am very pleased with the expierence and would recommend Frontier Dodge not only to friends and family, but to anyohne who asked. DK Robertson More

Everyone at the dealership were very helpfull. Paul and the sales manager helped me with my buying decision and with options on my purchase. Over all this was the best new car buying experience I have eve the sales manager helped me with my buying decision and with options on my purchase. I have bought 2 cars from Eric and I will buy my next car from him as well! He goes out of his way to take care of all my needs, even after the sale. I have contacted him for many reasons including where to from him as well! He goes out of his way to take care of all my needs, even after the sale. I have contacted him for many reasons including where to get my oil changed and about a noise I was hearing. He got me in to get my oil changed at the dealership ASAP and also got my car looked at for me. He gave me a loaner car for the day and brought my car to me when it was ready. Great customer service! We were very nervous about having to buy cars for our children but once we walked Into frontier dodge Erick greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. I called about the repo Joe sale, and Erik said there was not anything there that I originally asked him for. So I hung up feeling depressed. The next day I got a call from Erik telling me that he had someth not anything there that I originally asked him for. So I hung up feeling depressed. The next day I got a call from Erik telling me that he had something in the back that just came in not in the repo Joe event. I was leary but came in that weekend and looked at the step side Sierra. It was perfect, I really fell in love with it, I thought it was out of my budget and was surprised when I realized I could make this happen. More

After working with other dealerships, it was clear Kyle was genuinely interested in selling for him, but making it work for us. When other dealerships refused to budge on the price, the trade amount, and was genuinely interested in selling for him, but making it work for us. When other dealerships refused to budge on the price, the trade amount, and terms, Kyle listened and made it happen. Other dealerships, including the dealership in Odessa would say that they would call back in 30 minutes...to never call back! Frontier Dodge has an asset in Kyle! This has been the most pleasurable buying experience we have ever had. Changed my mind about car buying! Thanks Kyle!!! We were at the top of our budget with this vehicle. Many other dealerships had the same vehicle, with far fewer options. Frontier agreed on the price we asked for and we got this vehicle for only a few hundred over what other dealerships offered for less equipped vehicles! There was no haggling, just genuine understanding of our needs and our budget. THIS is how buying a car should be! Give me your bottom line and I will make it happen ---that was how easy it was! The entire staff, from the receptionist to the man who took our money (Daniel), including the staff who entertained my to wound-up boys...ALL exceptional employees! Even went as far as getting band-aids for my son when he cut his knee! As said before, this experience has forever changed my mind about car buying and car salesmen. I will continue to return here whenever possible, and if not possible, I KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT because not all dealerships carrying the Dodge name are the same! You won't be disappointed with Frontier! I had been shopping for a new car for about 3 months and for me the person I buy from is just as important as the vehicle. So, it was extremely refreshing when Erick Castillo allowed me to buy the car on m for me the person I buy from is just as important as the vehicle. So, it was extremely refreshing when Erick Castillo allowed me to buy the car on my terms. He didn't insist on meeting face to face ot taking up phone time before I had all my questions answered and was ready to take it off the net and make it more persaonal. He didn't insist on "helping" me find a vehicle or show me cars that didn't fit within my very specific requests. Once I was satisfied online with price, color and options, he took our scheduled appointment seriously and was waiting when I got to the dealership. He made sure he showed me all the features of the new Grand Caravan, went over where all the fill points were under the hood and demenstrated how the seats worked serveral times, at my request. He let me take the van where I wanted to go on the test drive, made me comfortable and kept me informed as all the paperwork was woked out. Once all this was done he took me over to Daniel Tovar who went over all the financial info, all the paperwork and all my add on options. Daniel made me feel at ease and made this part of the purchase a lot more relaxing than it has been with other vehicles I've bought. Over all, this was a wonderful experiece in a field where I have had nightmares. More
