Carolyn George worked with me and by the time she was finished trying to help me I stopped just thinking about trading and accepted the offer she gave. I was very surprised at how much I got for my trade and at the amount the Dodge Grand Caravan I was wanting was going to cost. Carolyn was very kind and positive all the way through the deal. Poor post-sale customer service I just bought Kia Sorento from Frontier Dodge Lubbock last week. There is a problem with second row seats that can't recline. Horrible service. Initially said it would take only 1-2 days and will call and let me know. No one called...I have to call to the service department myself multiple times everyday to remind them and check the progression. Also I bought a "premium" warranty you sold that claimed that if it take more than one day then I will have rental car..Apparently, this is now almost one week and I can't have the rental car due to my name is not in the system yet...And no one in Frontier Dodge Lubbock would take responsibility or offer anything. Finally, today, your dealership called me today and said you gonna transfer my car to Gene Messer Kia and they will take over.(and this is not a Frontier Dodge problem anymore)...I know I am just one non-important customer but at least my friend will know about this because I don't want them to face the same bad impression I am having. More
Never returns calls as promised and doesn't fix problems I have had my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a persistent hard top leak 4 times and each time the problem is not fixed. After researching the prob I have had my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a persistent hard top leak 4 times and each time the problem is not fixed. After researching the problem on the internet, it appears that the service team is not following the procedures from the TSB for hard top leaks. Seals and foam are not removed and replaced per the TSB; instead they just pile more foam on and left the original weatherstrip at the top of the windshield after saying it was replaced new. Second issue; got a recall notice on the transmission oil cooler line possibly rubbing and took the Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation and hoping the recall could get fixed. The rotation/oil change were performed properly and I was informed that the kit to fix the recall was not in stock. The tech that day said they had ordered it but I never heard back from them which was two months ago (we got sidetracked with family events). Received a second notice in the mail and called on Tuesday to see if part was in. Service Tech said that he couldn't see it in the system and would check on it and call me back. It is now Friday and I still haven't gotten a phone call about the recall kit. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the service department and their inability to follow up when they say they will. More

Poor Professionalism I visited your dealership today (4/11/14). Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Tyrone Christopher and introduced. He was very kind and I visited your dealership today (4/11/14). Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Tyrone Christopher and introduced. He was very kind and friendly and didn't pressure us into a certain vehicle but understood we were just looking at the moment and he provided us with lots of information about the Grand Cherokees. We ended up leaving the dealership and continued looking. With no luck of finding anything we retrieved to the dealership in hopes that something could be found by computer. We were greeted by Johnathan Bryan this time and he immediately was like I have a 2011 that will be "cheaper" for y'all. He said will you look at it? I agreed to look but when I refused to test drive because I didn't like it he seemed to get upset. I asked if we could look online and see if we could find the vehicle in the color I wanted. He said I'm sure we have 11 stores to choice from. After going inside and having no luck he Corinne's to talk me down to a Laredo edition and that was fine except I wanted leather. He said leather could be added and still continues to use the words "cheaper" and "affordable". He never if find the perfect vehicle I wanted. I mentioned I would be wanting to do a trade in and when Johnathan left to get what I thought was a quote he returned with Marc Williams. Marc introduced himself and say down and said "What are we doing here?" I was confused and replied, "I'm looking for a vehicle and I'm wanting to trade mine in" he said, "so what are we doing? I said, "I've already told Johnathan that I'm looking to trade and get a vehicle but I can't find the vehicle and he said he could because y'all have 11 dealerships. I am not looking to buy today but I am looking for the right vehicle" When I said this, "he said I can give you an appraisal but I'm trying to figure out why you're here" To me meaning why I am here. I got extremely upset and said I would leave and come back another day. I am 22 years old and I felt like I was being treated like I was 10. I was completely unhappy with how I was treated by these two salesman and feel no matter my age or how much money I have or how I am dressed I should be treated fairly! You have to find a vehicle before you can buy and I felt these two men were not at all interested in helping me and I hope that others who go to the dealership will have better experience. The stars I rated were not for these men but for Tyrone the first time we visited. More
