Unhappy. Took our Chrysler to them for an alternator replacement. Was told it would be one day repair 3 days later still nothing. Never returned calls. When I Took our Chrysler to them for an alternator replacement. Was told it would be one day repair 3 days later still nothing. Never returned calls. When I did reach the service manager I was told it would be $ 684. To replace alternator. With the cost of alternator being $345. + $300. + for labor. Called 3 different parts stores and alternator was an average $150. Called 3 garages and was told that was a by the book hour job. Picked up vehicle to take to a different shop and was charged a $100. Diagnostic fee. UPDATE Was contacted by service manager John and was told that they would waive the $100. Diagnostic fee and was told that the alternator was that much from the dodge warehouse. I was assured that he would check into the labor cost and felt that it was too high also. More

Terrible customer service, Not helpful at all! After having serveral issues with my first Ford with the transmission,after 3 transmission repairs I decided to purchase a 2016 F250 diesel with 68,0 After having serveral issues with my first Ford with the transmission,after 3 transmission repairs I decided to purchase a 2016 F250 diesel with 68,000 miles on it, and because of the fair pricing and didn’t want to have a fourth transmission to replace I felt it was a good purchase; I was terribly wrong. Drove it or 5 months and already had problems with transmission. Took it to a certified dealer mechanic, and he proceeded to put the wrong oil fluid. When asked what should happen from here they gave me no explanation or offered any help and this is the second vehicle that has gave me transmission problems. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. DO NOT buy from a ford dodge dealership if you would like to avoid headache and terrible customer service.
