Avoid at all cost. Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase process and the service and repairs. I have two SRT variant Challengers, and Frontier Dodge was incapable of p Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase process and the service and repairs. I have two SRT variant Challengers, and Frontier Dodge was incapable of providing appropriate diagnostic and repair services to both of them. I had issues from service technician burning out my tires once they thought I had left, to unrelated new issues developing while the vehicles where in service, and extremely uncompetitive pricing. I almost gave up with doing business with any Dodge products until I contact Dodge and SRT directly, as well as switched to a dealership in a different town about 2 hours away. Luckily Dodge, SRT, and the other dealership are making efforts to make things right. More

Best dealership we have ever work with. My husband and I walked in thinking we couldn't get what we were looking for. With 2 kids and another on the way we just felt nothing was possible for My husband and I walked in thinking we couldn't get what we were looking for. With 2 kids and another on the way we just felt nothing was possible for another bigger vehicle. Officially we were wrong. We knew what position we were in with our credit and they were still able to make the best choice we wanted for our family. They were so patient and called every bank they could to work with us. Scheduled oil change The crew was great. My only less than perfect score is that I was informed they do not schedule oil changes even when I showed them the email of my co The crew was great. Horrible Service Department Worst service I've dealt with my whole life! They wouldn't fulfill a warranty on their own product a Dodge Journey with 33000 miles and wouldn't cover Worst service I've dealt with my whole life! They wouldn't fulfill a warranty on their own product a Dodge Journey with 33000 miles and wouldn't cover the engine when it threw a rod! I will never own a Dodge or Chrysler product ever again! Customer service was just as horrible! I will Share my experience as far as I can!!! Then they charge me $390.00 for labor of tearing the engine apart to tell me its locked down. Sorry sorry people!!! More
