Terrible customer service, Not helpful at all! After having serveral issues with my first Ford with the transmission,after 3 transmission repairs I decided to purchase a 2016 F250 diesel with 68,0 After having serveral issues with my first Ford with the transmission,after 3 transmission repairs I decided to purchase a 2016 F250 diesel with 68,000 miles on it, and because of the fair pricing and didn’t want to have a fourth transmission to replace I felt it was a good purchase; I was terribly wrong. Drove it or 5 months and already had problems with transmission. Took it to a certified dealer mechanic, and he proceeded to put the wrong oil fluid. When asked what should happen from here they gave me no explanation or offered any help and this is the second vehicle that has gave me transmission problems. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. DO NOT buy from a ford dodge dealership if you would like to avoid headache and terrible customer service. Never answer calls, never call you back when they say they will. If you leave a message, don't expect a call back either. After two tanks of wasted fuel driving back and forth from Seminole, and losing $2,600 that we apparently can't get back now after being lied to saying we WOULD be able to get back since parts haven't even been ordered, we learned our lesson the hard way. Don't waste your time or hard earned money with this company. Wish we would've listened to the reviews before hand, we would have taken our business elsewhere. More
