Best dealership we have ever work with. My husband and I walked in thinking we couldn't get what we were looking for. We knew what position we were in with our credit and they were still able to make the best choice we wanted for our family. They were so patient and called every bank they could to work with us. Scheduled oil change The crew was great. My only less than perfect score is that I was informed they do not schedule oil changes even when I showed them the email of my co The crew was great. Horrible Service Department Worst service I've dealt with my whole life! They wouldn't fulfill a warranty on their own product a Dodge Journey with 33000 miles and wouldn't cover Worst service I've dealt with my whole life! They wouldn't fulfill a warranty on their own product a Dodge Journey with 33000 miles and wouldn't cover the engine when it threw a rod! I will never own a Dodge or Chrysler product ever again! Customer service was just as horrible! I will Share my experience as far as I can!!! Then they charge me $390.00 for labor of tearing the engine apart to tell me its locked down. Sorry sorry people!!! More

Unhappy. Took our Chrysler to them for an alternator replacement. Was told it would be one day repair 3 days later still nothing. Never returned calls. When I Took our Chrysler to them for an alternator replacement. Was told it would be one day repair 3 days later still nothing. Never returned calls. When I did reach the service manager I was told it would be $ 684. To replace alternator. With the cost of alternator being $345. + $300. + for labor. Called 3 different parts stores and alternator was an average $150. Called 3 garages and was told that was a by the book hour job. Picked up vehicle to take to a different shop and was charged a $100. Diagnostic fee. UPDATE Was contacted by service manager John and was told that they would waive the $100. Diagnostic fee and was told that the alternator was that much from the dodge warehouse. I was assured that he would check into the labor cost and felt that it was too high also. More
