And Leroy, finance manager, was also very good and made our experience a good one. However, Mark and Leroy, were the only people we came in contact with at Frontier Dodge. We are not complaining but we were disappointed in other people at the dealership. Windshield washer reservoir held nearly a gallon of washer fluid and we have not used the windshield washer yet. When I was checking the truck over inside I literally found little piles of sand on the back seat head rest. This morning I checked the fluid levels and found all fine except for the windshield washer reservoir. Then I checked the tire pressure. None of the tires had the same or even close to same pressure. And nine had the recommended pressure of 39 psi on the door sticker. Instead the following pressures were found: 31, 37, 46, 41. I noticed a “rolling effect” driving home Monday, but blamed it on the road. After I corrected the air pressure to 39 psi I took it for a test drive. Rode like a completely different vehicle. It was very smooth and controllable. We now love the ride and our new 2018 Ram 1500 SLT Crew Cab 4x4! Again the efforts in making us happy were excellent from Mark and Leroy.
