Replace Key Fob I was told replacing my key fob would take 4-5 hours. So I called another dealership 40 miles away and they said they could do it in 30 minutes. So I drove round trip an hour, had the programming done in 30 minutes while I would have still been waiting at Frontier. Every time I show up they act like you are an inconvenience. No one greets you when you walk in. The woman (Sonia) who checked me in asked me to sign a paper (I’ve never done this in th last 4 visits) I had to ask her what I was signing. She said “we are going to walk your vehicle and look for damage.” After I signed she asked what I needed, I already told her I needed an oil change, so we walked around my truck and she rubbed her finger on every spot that had dirt on it, leaving finger prints all over. I was clearly irritated at this point so she started to change her tone. By the end of the visit Sonia was being more friendly. This is the only dodge dealer in town but my experience 40 miles away at Stanley Dodge (greeted me, friendly, communicated well) has me planning my next visit in Brownfield. More

We purchased our car 2.5 weeks ago and it's still not in our possesion. We were told the servicing was going to take two days, well it has now been two weeks. No one at this dealership ever answers the phone. I call almost every day to find out what's going on with my vehicle and I get sent to voicemail EVERY TIME. Out of the two weeks I've talked to someone about my car 3 times. I never recieve any calls from the dealership, out of those three times I talked to someone it was still because I'm the one who called. This buisness is unprofessional and highly disrespectful toward our money. No one calls to ask our permission before preforming something new on our car. We were also told we would get a loaner car in the meanwhile. We were put on a waiting "list" for it. A week goes by and of course, no call. So I called (5 different times to be directed to literally anyone I could). I finally get ahold of someone and they tell me they don't do loaner cars anymore because of their insurance. No one called to tell me that, they left me waiting. I called in myself to find out that information. As a business, this place should be answering the phone, AND making calls to their consumers! Highly highly highly dissatisfied and disappointed. More

Not a good experience I had my belongings removed from my car without permission..then they lied and said they found it on a desk. The manager said they have a policy that I had my belongings removed from my car without permission..then they lied and said they found it on a desk. The manager said they have a policy that allows them to take valuables out of can and place in safe place so they won't get stolen..what a joke..almost had to call authorities..watch your belongings at Frontier ..
