I took my truck in with engine trouble, and picked it up a few weeks later with a new engine. worst experience,turned to great.i had my sscheduled worst experience,turned to great. i had my sscheduled change oil done dec23. the next day dec 24 i notice oul spill in my garage and i knew that some worst experience,turned to great. i had my sscheduled change oil done dec23. the next day dec 24 i notice oul spill in my garage and i knew that somethings wrong so i went out and look for an avail autosuop to no avail. so i went home and saw that oul continued to spil. so its normal to blame the mechanic because my christmas travel will be ruined and it did my kids and i were not able to atyend family reunion hecause of this and i need to wait 3 days dec27before they opened. were stuck and nothing to do.but hey this cud have been worse if i dint notice the oil was leaking. so when i went there on mon dec 27, they took care of my problem and made it easy for me. usually if u go to other company they will make it hard for you ask alot of proof or whatnot here tammy made sure she knew what was the cause and she told me it wasnt the mechanics fault it was the oil rubber ring that cause the leak and showed it to me. but the kost important aspect is that theres no significant damage in my car and we can still enjoy our new year trip. im not gonna let one situation ruin my trust in this company as long as they are transparent and know how to solven it quickly. thankyou More
I recently purchased a 2021 2500 GMC Denali. This was by far the worse vehicle purchase experience I ever had. So after the used car manager tells I needed to put in an application with them in order to get far the worse vehicle purchase experience I ever had. So after the used car manager tells I needed to put in an application with them in order to get a better deal that day, he then tells me it can’t be done till Monday. I told them I would be using my bank and my credit was basically ran for no reason. Come Monday the salesman says you need to go through your bank but you can’t get the deal we offered you on Saturday since you didn’t get it then. After telling him absolutely not he messages me back and says ok we will do it for the amount we agreed on Saturday. So after paying $90,000 for a used truck, I never would have thought the things that would come after would happen to us. So the vehicle was purchased at night and we never got the chance to do a complete walk through of the vehicle and was never asked. After taking it home I soon realized that there were issues with the truck that the dealership said could not be fixed do to it being sold as is. For starters the side mirrors would not fold correctly and was seen messing up by a service consultant for Frontier Dodge. There was so much leaked oil underneath the bed of the truck that was very concerning, and to top it off several dints and a scratch on the bumper that will need to be fixed. Lastly the salesman tells me nothing will be done about the vehicle, and basically told me it’s my fault I didn’t look it over before purchasing it. He proceeded to tell me the vehicle was detailed and that was a lie also. There was trash in the center console, the windows were still dirty, and the sticker was still on the rear window so I know it was not cleaned. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership nor will I NEVER do business here again. More
