The service department at this place is TERRIBLE. . John was very rude... We told him what our problem was with our jeep, when we picked it up at the end of the day it still had the same problem. W . We asked him to have someone look at it, he brought our jeep to the front and gave us the keys. They LOST OUR CAR. We live in DFW and our car broke down on our Spring Break Vacation. We took our 6 month old 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to this dealership for he We live in DFW and our car broke down on our Spring Break Vacation. We took our 6 month old 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to this dealership for help. What was said to be a few hours to fix, has not been handled in 10 days. We called 2 days after leaving it there to check on the status, they questioned us: "what car? we don't have your car. I don't see your car on our lot." THey refused to give us a loaner car (we have 4 kids, stranded 5.5 hours from home)... they couldn't locate a rental car... TERRIBLE. My 4 kids could run a business with more competency than they can. Disappointed is an understatement. More
