Had a part go bad on a truck with 4000 miles on it and instead of replacing it, they claimed to have fixed a loose pin on an electrical component and in less than 100 miles the problem came back. Now it’s instead of replacing it, they claimed to have fixed a loose pin on an electrical component and in less than 100 miles the problem came back. Now it’s taking my time to go back to repair it when the part should have been replaced on a vehicle with that low of mileage. More

Service department was very positive, polite, and very informed. The availability of a courtesy car and driver was very much a plus. The service diagnosed our problem with our back - up camera. Stranded from Dallas on a out of town work trip. Had the van towed to Frontier Dodge in the middle of the night. Next morning I called and I luckily got placed with THE EVER SO SWEET ADVISOR SABRINA Had the van towed to Frontier Dodge in the middle of the night. Next morning I called and I luckily got placed with THE EVER SO SWEET ADVISOR SABRINA. She rushed our van to get diagnosed and fixed. Had us back on our way to Dallas in 2 days.
