I waited for 2. 5 hours for an oil change. I went to the front desk to inquire about the status of my vehicle. The person helping me did not even remember me dropping 5 hours for an oil change. Took in for vehicle trim around the door coming off on the driver side. Passenger side is flush like it should be. Was told they had issues with the part then John found the part. Next day got a phone cal the driver side. Passenger side is flush like it should be. Was told they had issues with the part then John found the part. Next day got a phone call that I was all fixed up. Went to pick it up and it looks just like it did when I dropped it off. Was told by John that’s the best they can do is put double sided tape to help hold it down. Then explain why the passenger side is flush and not coming out. No comment. 1. Technician has no idea what he is doing 2. Service writer should not have let it leave the same way it came in. 3. Service manager/supervisor should discipline both employees. My 4 year old could have got sticky tape and attempted to fix it jut like y’all did if I wanted it half xxx done. Wish I could post pics for attention. I wouldn’t let them change my oil at this point. More
